Full 40 hours prelicensing online course. After completing the course you will be ready to take your state exam.
For the 3-year license cycle each licensee needs to complete 18 hours of continuing education with at least 2 hours of an education course per calendar year.
Each year, after the first year, Michigan requires all appraisers to take 14 hours of continuing education per year.
